He was previously one of the founding executives of Sony Wonder, the family entertainment division of Sony Music. He has also held executive PR and marketing positions at the cable news channel MSNBC and at IDG Books, the publishers of the “For Dummies” series. Other companies and properties with which he has been associated include Paramount Television, MTV Home Video, Disney Television and “Sesame Street.” Alan serves on the Board of Directors of Global Arts Corps, an international non-profit theatre and film company dedicated to using the power of the arts as a catalyst for change in post-conflict societies.

Sayles has held executive positions at the PR firms Goodman Media International and Pryor & Associates and in-house positions as manager of media relations for the CBS Television Network and as manager of advertising, publicity and promotion at Walt Disney’s Buena Vista Television. She is a two-time recipient of the prestigious Maxwell Steinberg Award for her TV series campaigns. Sayles’ expertise also extends to high profile licensing and publishing companies as well as non-profits.
An entertainment/music business professional with over 15 years of experience, Cohen held executive positions at Entertainment One as Head of Media and Artist Relations and at Roadrunner Records/Warner Music as the National Director of Promotions. She started her career at ABC-TV’s news/entertainment program, 20/20 where she worked with Emmy award winning producers and on-air talent. In 2015, she co-produced and ran the highly successful media campaign for a non-profit driven viral music video which garnered over 2 million views in one day. Cohen is on the committee for marketing and development for the Long Island Music Hall of Fame and is a professional tennis teacher who works with autistic children.
Account Executive Alyssa Tognetti joined the Sayles & Winnikoff team in 2017. Prior to S&W, Alyssa worked at The Baddish Group and Astonish Media Group, where she worked on notable accounts including American Airlines, Pepsi, Infinium Spirits, and Four Roses Bourbon. Alyssa’s PR expertise include book publishing, food & beverage, lifestyle, startups, technology, and personalities. As a writer, her pieces have been featured on NYDailyNews.com, Liquor.com, WhereNYC, and her own personal blog. Alyssa graduated Siena College in 2011 with a B.S. in Marketing and Management with a concentration Marketing.
Hollie Smith joined the S&W team in 2017 as an Account Executive specializing in media relations, traditional public relations and social media. Hollie graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Music Industry. Throughout her career, Hollie has excelled at media relations on behalf of her clients in lifestyle, fashion, tech, food & beverage, luxury, beauty, entertainment and thought leadership. She has previously held positions at Wunderlich Kaplan Communications and Coburn Communications. In her spare time, Hollie serves as the Publicity Manager for her local non-profit community chorale.
